      Refund Policy

      Refund Process

      Three-Step Refund Process :
      The refund is processed in three steps, as listed below:
      Filing the complaint:
      Our Business Managers will evaluate your specifications with those mentioned in the SRS Document. If your application is valid and you qualify for a refund as per the above-mentioned terms, your refund application would be accepted.

      Refund Processing:
      Before the refund is processed, you are required to destroy all files, codes, and other belongings delivered to you but are covered under the refund amount. Upon this, Next Big Technology asks you to sign a proof of refund.

      Transaction:
      It may take up to 7-10 business days to process the transaction. The refund would be made in the same currency that you have made your payments in.

      At Next Big Technology Private Limited, we strive to deliver high-quality digital solutions tailored to our clients’ requirements. Our team is dedicated to ensuring client satisfaction through our services. However, due to the nature of our work (custom software development, mobile/web solutions, etc.), we have established the following refund policy:

      1. General Policy

      All services provided by Next Big Technology Private Limited are non-refundable once the project has been initiated, development work has started, or any resource allocation has taken place.

      2. Eligibility for Refund

      A refund may be considered only under the following exceptional circumstances:

      • Duplicate Payment: If a client is charged more than once for the same service due to a technical error, we will refund the extra payment after verification.
      • Project Not Started: If the client cancels the project before any work has begun and before any resources have been allocated, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative fees.
      • Non-Delivery of Service: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service within the specified timeline and no reasonable justification or mutual extension is agreed upon, a partial refund may be considered based on the work completed.

      3. Non-Refundable Cases

      Refunds will not be entertained under the following conditions:

      • Change of mind after the project has started.
      • Project delays caused due to client-side issues (incomplete requirements, delayed approvals, lack of communication).
      • If the scope of work was misunderstood or miscommunicated due to unclear instructions from the client.
      • If the client is not satisfied with the outcome but all functionalities were delivered as per the agreed-upon scope.

      4. Custom Development Projects

      Due to the significant resources and time invested in custom development projects, we follow a milestone-based payment model. Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable.

      5. Third-party Charges

      We are not liable to refund any amount spent on third-party services (domain registration, hosting, third-party plugins, software licenses, etc.) purchased on behalf of the client.

      6. Dispute Resolution

      If you have any concerns regarding payments or services, please contact us directly. We will do our best to resolve any issues amicably and professionally.

      7. Policy Updates

      Next Big Technology Private Limited reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Please review it periodically.
