Online Service Booking : To enable customers to book beauty services online for both home service and salon visits. Home & Salon Integration : To provide a unified system where users can choose between home service or in-store salon service. Customer Convenience : To allow customers to browse services, check prices, select time slots, and book appointments easily. Efficient Salon Management : To help salon owners manage bookings, staff schedules, and home service requests digitally. Real-Time Notifications : To send instant updates to customers and staff regarding booking confirmation, reminders, and cancellations.

Users often face a confusing experience when booking beauty services. Multiple apps or phone calls are needed, navigation is unclear, and it’s hard to distinguish between home service and salon visits. Long forms, lack of before/after galleries, and missing real-time booking status reduce trust and convenience.
User Solution
The app offers a clean, step-by-step booking flow with clear options for home or salon services. A dedicated gallery showcases real salon work. Minimal forms with auto-fill speed up booking, while real-time status tracking (Confirmed, Assigned, On the Way, Completed) ensures transparency.
